The updated user experience improves how information is presented in the DA view, giving you clearer visibility and reducing the time spent searching or reaching out to support. Interface improvements/additional releases will be communicated as and when its live.
Timeline visibility
What is changing?
Get full visibility on the status of the DA from Agent appointed to completion of the FDA. This includes visibility on reminders sent, open queries, next approver details, payment execution, PDA/FDA submission timeline prediction.
Evidencing Queries, Contracts, Rebates, CSI
What is changing?
Users can now view the screening process applied by DA screeners for each DA, including queries, agreements applied, rebates and customer-specific instructions applied or not applied helping them approve DAs with confidence.
DA List for Users
What is changing?
Users will now see a clear, consolidated DA overview so they can instantly assess status, costs and pending actions. Operators will be able to:
Load all DAs
Cost variance with the reason
Overdue FDA with alerts
Late PDA with alerts
Highlight integration errors
Note: Users can switch to the old view by selecting the Switch to classic view toggle in the upper corner of the screen.
Invoice Translation
Invoice Translation translates invoices into a single working language, making DA review, reconciliation, and rebilling faster and more accurate.
Downloadable translated invoices give provides immediate operational value by making translated documentation easier to distribute, reuse, and defend in downstream billing and cost-justification processes.
Supported languages for translation to English are Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Thai, Taiwanese, Greek, Russian and Ukrainian.
Commodity DA List
You can now search port calls by commodity. Simple tick the commodity field in the "manager search fields" to enable it.
Operator name to DA Page
View operator name within the port call for easier identification or the port call owner.
Total DA value in base currency and USD
You can now view the DA Total column in DA Currency and Base currency. The “Total” column can also be sorted based on the Base currency amount.
Display variance in DA list
You can now view the amount of variance between the Submitted and screened PDA or the Screened FDA and agreed PDA on the DA list page.
